University Council
NUTN convenes the University Council to deliberate on major matters, including institutional development plans, organizational regulations, and the establishment or restructuring of colleges, departments, and graduate institutes. The Council comprises the president, administrative officers, faculty representatives, staff representatives, technical and maintenance personnel representatives, and student representatives, ensuring democratic governance and inclusive participation.
