Library Services
The University Library provides collections of books, periodicals, and online databases, and actively enhances its reading spaces, serving as the foundation for faculty and student teaching and research. In response to the trend toward digitization, e-book holdings grew by more than 60,000 titles between 2023 and 2025, now accounting for 54% of the total collection, while e-journals account for over 90%.

The share of off-campus visitors has risen year over year, reflecting the growing impact of the Library's public-facing services.
Arts and Performance Events
The University continues to extend its artistic energy beyond campus through arts performances, educational outreach, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. In 2025, the "NUTN Arts Festival" opened at the Tainan Art Museum, combining music, visual arts, design, and theater in cross-disciplinary creative work, attracting 791 participants. The University also actively brings arts education into communities and remote areas — for example, the Department of Music performed at an elementary school in Shanhua District, and the Department of Theatre Arts partnered with the Tainan City Museum on the "Art Prescription" project, demonstrating the practical value of art in addressing social care and fostering intergenerational inclusion.

Yayin Concert Hall
Construction of Yayin Concert Hall began in 1987. After nearly seven years of construction and an investment of NT$120 million, the hall was officially inaugurated in 1994. Equipped with two Steinway pianos, it is regarded as one of Taiwan's foremost venues for musical performance and recording. In addition to hosting major events such as the National Choir Competition, the concert hall also serves as a venue for public dialogue — sitting and former presidents, vice presidents, and mayors have all engaged with the public here. In 2025, the University held a concert marking the 15th anniversary of the NUTN Chamber Music Ensemble, featuring joint performances with the Navy Band, Army Band, and the National Chiayi University Wind Orchestra.
