Diverse and Equitable Talent Recruitment

NUTN implements diverse and equitable systems for recruitment, promotion, evaluation, recognition, and professional support. Recruitment decisions are made without discrimination based on gender, race, age, political affiliation, marital status, or family circumstances, fostering a more diverse workforce. According to institutional data as of October 2025, the University employed 199 full-time faculty members.

Staff Development

Annual training for administrative personnel covers general competencies, professional skills, career development, employee assistance, personal data protection, and campus health promotion. In addition to professional courses organized by the Office of Personnel, individual units provide training within their areas of responsibility, and employees may independently participate in flexible online learning.

Family-friendly Workplace — Parental Leave

NUTN approves parental leave without pay for faculty and staff caring for children under the age of three, in support of national family policies and to protect employees' right to return to and remain in their positions.
